Begin gentle stretching while you wait for class to start. Remember to bring a water bottle to class, as well as any equipment you may need for your session.

Aerial Mini Lessons

30 minutes @ $15.00

Sundays, 4 - 6pm @ Carolina Bauernhaus

Offered at Carolina Bauernhaus Greenville on select Sundays from 4 - 6pm! Please book your time slot here. A condensed warm-up and 1-2 beginner aerial moves will be taught during these sessions. 4 students per time slot. Photos are encouraged, and anyone of any age can give it a try! Family friendly Sunday fun. Children ages 5 and under must be spotted by a parent during class. Waivers will be available to sign at the event.
